Kids Helping Kids

You know what it's like to wish for something -- a puppy, a new bike or even good grades. At the Alberta Children's Hospital, most kids’ wishes are as simple as wanting to be healthy.

Kids Helping Kids encourages young people to give back to their community and support the Alberta Children's Hospital. It’s fun, easy and a great way to learn some valuable life skills and lessons like empathy and how wonderful it feels to help others.

Can kids really make a difference? Absolutely! Just like 14-year-old Josh, whose bake sales and other events have been very successful. He even wrote and recorded a song! And through the sale of his CD, he managed to donate thousands of dollars to help kids like his sister, Maryanne.

Every donation makes a difference, no matter how big or small, and helps sick kids spend less time in the hospital and more time with their friends and family.
