IKEA Sagoskatt Fundraiser

OCTOBER - FEBRUARY
Check out the six cute Sagoskatt soft toys online or at the Calgary store! Designed by kids to support kids, the full proceeds from their sales will go to the hospital’s greatest needs.

2021 Choose Kind Fundraiser

NOVEMBER 2020 – FEBRUARY 2021
Purchase a “Choose Kind” pink shirt today to celebrate Pink Shirt Day on February 24, 2021 and raise funds for programs and initiatives at the new Centre for Child and Adolescent Mental Health.

NES Fircroft 2021 Robert Burns Night

JANUARY 2021
As NES Fircroft is unable to host their annual Burns Night in person this year, they are bringing the event to your homes with Scottish-themed hampers packed with the finest food and drink, an online raffle and 50/50. They will also provide a short production to celebrate the event to all the people who purchase a hamper, a raffle ticket or a 50/50 ticket.

The Brick Campaign

Help support kids in your community through The Brick campaign by purchasing a Plush Bear – the Brickley bear or a Brickley paper icon. All local customer donations will support the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation through Children’s Miracle Network! Visit thebrick.com for a location near you.

Car Heaven Program

Support the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation by donating your old vehicle through the Car Heaven Recycling Program. Car Heaven is an initiative of Automotive Recyclers of Canada that enables people to get rid of their older, high-polluting car and donate the proceeds from their vehicle to the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation. And your vehicle is always towed away free! For more information, please visit carheaven.ca/alberta.

Donate A Car Canada

Donate A Car Canada accepts vehicle donations for Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation. They provide free towing in many areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, motorcycle or other vehicle to the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation through Donate a Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction depending on its condition, age and location. Donate A Car Canada will look after everything to make your donation easy for you to support Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation. The Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation will send you a tax receipt after your car donation is complete!

CRESCENDO

MAY 29, 2021 – Arts Commons, Jack Singer Concert Hall
Prepare to Get Loud! Beyond an evening of musical entertainment, CRESCENDO stirs compassion and hope for those facing mental health challenges. A musical event produced by the John Cameron Changing Lives Foundation aims to build understanding, reduce stigma and fund programs to help those reaching out for support. 

RBC Race for the Kids

OCTOBER 17-18, 2020 
While we won't be gathering at Heritage Park this September, together, we can still take steps for child mental health through a global event like no other: The RBC Global Virtual Race for the Kids. We invite you to join us as we work to raise awareness for mental health and for the vital supports that will help children in our community for generations to come. Registration opens Sept. 14.

Over the past 13 years, our amazing community has helped us raise more than $8M for equipment, programs, and special enhancements that support families and make treatments at the Alberta Children's Hospital more kid-friendly.

Radiothon

FEBRUARY 3 – 5, 2021 – Broadcast on Country 105 and Global Calgary
Through the power of the airways, Radiothon gives the community a glimpse into the exceptional care that takes place every day at the Alberta Children's Hospital. Over three days, Country 105 FM personalities broadcast live from the hospital's main gathering space where more than 75 kids and families share their inspirational stories of their hospital journeys.
