Parking information
We encourage guests to carpool or use car services. For those driving, there is limited parking available in Lots 10 and 11, with additional parking in Lots 3 and 5. Please note there will be shuttle service available from Lot 3 and 5 between 5:15 – 7:00 pm and again from 9:00 – 11:00 pm. Plan ahead with this map: Calgary Stampede Grounds Parking Map.
Parking is managed by City of Calgary; we recommend downloading the Park Plus app ahead of time to pay for parking on your phone, the zone number is 8510. Payment stations are located in the parking lots and not inside the BMO Centre.
Welcoming you!
Check-in will take place at the main doors of Hall E and tickets are not required. Coat check will be at the main doors of Hall D.
Staff and volunteers will be wearing gold sashes and be available throughout the event to answer any questions you may have. From the moment you walk in, all the KidZone fun, food stations, silent auction and more will be open and ready to enjoy! Make sure to grab a program where you’ll find a map!
Feasting & Festivities
Complimentary wine is available all night at the Vecchio’s Vino station, and kids can enjoy craft sodas, punch and hot chocolate at stations just for them! Graze throughout the night or sit and enjoy at your table, where you’ll also find light snacks to nibble on prior to the presentation. Food to accommodate various allergies and dietary restrictions are clearly marked at the stations.
PLEASE NOTE: We’ll be gathering in the dining room at assigned tables at approximately 7:30 pm for a short and inspirational presentation and a special surprise dessert — watch for the countdown. The KidZone and food stations will close temporarily during this time. Following the presentation, the family dance will begin and food stations and the KidZone will re-open and be ready for more feasting and fun!
