The Junior Golf Classic is a fun-filled event gives kids the chance to raise much-needed funds for the hospital AND enjoy a day at Silver Springs Golf and Country Club. You don’t have to be a pro golfer to participate — kids of all skill levels are welcome and they can practice their swing and putting with real golf pros from the club!

Participate in a nine-hole shotgun round, enjoy treats and goodies from our wonderful sponsors and take part in a delicious BBQ lunch, all while supporting the kids and families at the Alberta Children’s Hospital through your fundraising. Young golfers will be provided online fundraising pages they can use to rally their friends and family and this year, the Hutchison family has generously agreed to match all fundraising dollars, up to a maximum $20,000. That’s double the impact! Funds will support life-saving care, programs and research for more than 100,000 children and their families who rely on the Alberta Children’s Hospital each year.

• June 14, 2026 at Silver Springs Golf and Country Club
• Registration fee: $65
• 2:00 pm – Early Registration
• 2:30 pm – Golf Clinic *Optional, please arrive by 2:15 pm if you choose to participate!
• 3:00 pm – BBQ Lunch and Kick-off Program
• 4:00 pm – Shotgun round start (Scramble Play: All players tee off then choose the best ball which they will all play from for the next shot, follow this format until the ball is holed. *carts will be provided)

IMPORTANT NOTES: Young players will need to bring their own clubs. Rentals are not available at the clubhouse. One adult or grandparent will be expected to caddy for every two players, however, game play will be just for the kids!
