What’s included in the Candy Cane At-Home packages?
Glitter & Gumdrops packages ($1,500) include a charcuterie or crudité selection, hot chocolate, candy & seasonal treats, and activities for the whole family. This package also includes Champagne from Willow Park Wines & Spirits and dinner from Fork & Farm (vegetarian option available).
Ginger & Spice packages ($500) include a charcuterie or crudité selection, hot chocolate, candy & seasonal treats, and activities for the whole family. This package also includes a wine voucher that can be redeemed from Willow Park Wines & Spirits in the store or online (wine delivery is available for a nominal fee).
Please note that each package is designed for 4 guests, and because they include perishables are only available for Calgary & area.
Is there a vegetarian option?
Glitter & Gumdrops packages include the choice of a crudité selection and a vegetarian-friendly dinner.

How will I get my Candy Cane At-Home Package?
Glitter & Gumdrops packages will be delivered to you on December 4, along with your Champagne. You will need to be home and over the age of 18 to receive your package; delivery window will be provided closer to the date. Your dinner will be delivered from Fork & Farm and will be scheduled on December 3 or 4. Please note that delivery is only available for Calgary and area. Download the Glitter & Gumdrops menu.
Ginger & Spice packages will be available for contactless pick up at the BMO Centre on Stampede Park December 4. More details will be sent to you by email as we get closer to the event date. You will be provided a code for your wine that can be redeemed at Willow Park Wines & Spirits in the store or online, and you can choose to have it delivered for a nominal fee.
How will I get access to the Candy Cane website?
You will receive an email with the information you need to share in all the online fun! This will give you complete access to all of the exclusive features on the website as well as the links for the auction, raffle tickets and donations.
What kind of equipment do I need to participate?
All you need is access to the internet. We recommend accessing the Candy Cane website on your computer, laptop or tablet, or smart TV on December 4. While you’re enjoying all the fun on the website, you can bid on the auction and make donations on another device (like your smart phone) for the evening.
How can I buy a raffle ticket?
Raffle tickets are on sale now! Simply follow the link, then we’ll send your tickets to you in the mail. Any resident of Alberta over the age of 18 can buy a ticket for our amazing raffle.
How can I participate in the auction or make a donation?
The auction will be open for bidding on November 23 and donations are gratefully received at any time. Visit the Candy Cane page on our website for the links! Everyone can participate in the auction and make donations to help support the 100,000 children and their families who rely on care at the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
Please note that auction items will be delivered to winning bidders following the event and delivery is only available to Calgary and area.
Will I get a tax receipt?
Portions of both the Glitter & Gumdrops and Ginger & Spice packages are eligible for charitable tax receipts, as are donations to Candy Cane Gala, and those will be issued from the Foundation office and mailed to you via Canada Post. Raffle tickets and auction items are not eligible for tax receipts.
Do I need a Zoom account to participate in the event?
All the online fun will be accessible from the exclusive and customized Candy Cane website — no Zoom or other account is required!
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final.
