Year-end tax receipt information for our donors

We want to thank you for your continued support of the kids who rely on care from the Alberta Children’s Hospital. Your generosity helps ensure families have access to the best care possible when they need it most.

How to receive your charitable tax receipts

If you made a donation online and cannot find the receipt in your email, or if you made a donation by mail, please email us at donations@achf.com and we will be happy to help. Please note, our office will be closed from noon on December 24 until 8:30 on January 4, 2022.

Would you like to make a year-end contribution?

You still have time.

Online: Gifts made with a credit card and submitted by 10 p.m. on December 31, 2021 are eligible for a 2021 charitable tax receipt.

Mail: You can also send your gift by cheque or money order to the address below. Please ensure it is made payable to the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. The envelope must be postmarked no later than December 31 in order to receive a 2021 charitable tax receipt.
