Caring for Kids Radiothon Raises $2.5 million!

For a 23rd year, supporters of the Country 105 Caring For Kids Radiothon have come together with incredible generosity to help children and families at the Alberta Children’s Hospital – by raising an astounding $2.5 million!

Thanks to Radiothon listeners, sponsors and local philanthropist Tom Crist – who generously doubled new and upgraded monthly donations for an entire year as part of a very special “Miracle Maker Match” – the three-day event has now raised more than $50.2 million since it began in 2003.

Over the past three days, dozens of grateful families sat down with radio hosts from Country 105 and Global Calgary on-site at the Alberta Children’s Hospital to share their inspiring stories and the incredible impact community support has had on their journeys.
