Corporations
We are proud to live in a community whose business leaders embrace philanthropy as part of their overall vision. Corporations and businesses have provided tremendous support to the Alberta Children's Hospital since its inception.
When you partner with the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation, you demonstrate your commitment to helping kids and families―as well as your corporate social responsibility to customers and clients. The community will recognise the positive impact your organization has on children’s health and your employees will feel proud to be part of a culture that unites their team in a rewarding way.
In addition to corporate support, providing a way for your staff to give back to the community in which they live and work is a perfect way to inspire, increase morale and build engagement.

For more than 20 years, Suncor has demonstrated a deep commitment to improving the health and well-being of the communities where they operate.
And now, their latest investment is strengthening one of the most innovative care programs at the Alberta Children’s Hospital: KidSONO, a site-wide point-of-care ultrasound initiative that brings real-time imaging directly to the bedside. This technology allows clinicians to diagnose and guide treatment faster and more accurately than ever before, setting a new gold standard of care for children in our community and helping shape best practices at children’s hospitals across Canada.
We are deeply grateful to Suncor and its employees for their leadership and generosity, and for the real impact they are making for kids in our community and beyond.

According to Forbes business magazine, corporate social responsibility is ethical, as well as a valuable modern business tool. In other words, while it’s important for a company to do well, it’s even more important for a company to do good.
Research shows 77% of Canadians only want to work for a company that has a strong corporate social responsibility program. And 55% say that when looking for an employer, it is important that the company participate in charitable and philanthropic initiatives.
Like employees, customers feel good when they are given the opportunity to give back to their community. When asked, 84% of Canadians say they would likely switch brands to ones associated with good causes.
